Word Mobile and SingularityNET have announced a partnership to develop a credit rating system and customer support based on artificial intelligence. World Mobile will open access to its blockchain-based lending system in stages, starting with eligible users and ending with those underserved by traditional banks. By using SingularityNET’s AI technology, World Mobile will be able to automate answers to common questions and scale its telecom network into new territories. Last month, World Mobile was granted a license to run a hybrid wireless network in four US states. The World Mobile Token (WMT) is currently trading at $0.10, down 2% over the past day. This partnership will allow World Mobile to provide vital funds to those who have been excluded by the traditional financial system. Janet Adams, COO of SingularityNET, commented that this partnership will help to achieve this goal. The AI technology will also help to keep customers happy by providing automated answers to common questions.
